Try This Simple Mindful Body Scan Exercise:

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, grounding yourself in the present moment.

Slowly bring your attention to the top of your head, scanning down through your body.

Notice any sensations—warmth, tightness, tingling, or discomfort—without judgment.

If you find tension, imagine breathing into that space, allowing it to soften and release.

Continue scanning through your body, bringing awareness and compassion to each area.

When you reach your feet, take a deep breath and gently bring your awareness back to the room.

This practice not only helps release physical and emotional tension but also strengthens your ability to tune into your body’s wisdom throughout daily life.
